Thank you! I was wondering if merging ge_b850v3_lvds_init() with
stdpxxxx_ge_b850v3_init() and ge_b850v3_lvds_remove() with
stdpxxxx_ge_b850v3_exit() make sense as it can probably eliminate the
need for the mutex.
