[PULL REQUEST] idr fix for 4.11

Hi Linus,

One urgent patch in here; freeing the correct IDA bitmap.  Everything
else is changes to the test suite, which I don't think you're opposed
to pulling after -rc1.  These patches have all been in -next for four
days.
