[PATCH v1] mfd: core: Preserve PLATFORM_DEVID_NONE

There is a potential flaw if cell has id > 0 and is going to be
registered with PLATFORM_DEVID_NONE.

Ignore if PLATFORM_DEVID_NONE is supplied.
