[PATCH] rhashtable: Add rhashtable_lookup_get_insert_fast

[Andreas Gruenbacher]

Add rhashtable_lookup_get_insert_fast for fixed keys, similar to
rhashtable_lookup_get_insert_key for explicit keys.
