[PATCH net-next 1/2] netvsc: Fix a bug in sub-channel handling

From: kys
Date: Fri Mar 24 2017 - 23:56:10 EST

From: K. Y. Srinivasan <kys@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

All netvsc channels are handled via NAPI. Setup the "read mode" correctly
for the netvsc sub-channels.
