[PATCH 0/1] mm: Improve consistency of ___GFP_xxx masks

The GFP bitmasks and the __GFP_BITS_SHIFT defines are expressed as
hardcoded constants.
This can be expressed in a more consistent way by relying on an enum of
shift positions.
