linux-next: manual merge of the kvms390 tree with the kvm-ppc tree

Hi all,

Today's linux-next merge of the kvms390 tree got a conflict in:

  include/uapi/linux/kvm.h

between commits:

  134764ed6e12 ("KVM: PPC: Book3S HV: Add new capability to control MCE behaviour")
  2ed4f9dd19c0 ("KVM: PPC: Book3S HV: Add capability to report possible virtual SMT modes")

from the kvm-ppc tree and commit:

  4036e3874a1c ("KVM: s390: ioctls to get and set guest storage attributes")

from the kvms390 tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary. This
is now fixed as far as linux-next is concerned, but any non trivial
conflicts should be mentioned to your upstream maintainer when your tree
is submitted for merging.  You may also want to consider cooperating
with the maintainer of the conflicting tree to minimise any particularly
complex conflicts.
