[PATCH 01/18] checkpatch: improve the STORAGE_CLASS test

[Joe Perches]

Make sure static, extern, and asmlinkage appear before a specific type.

e.g.:
	int asmlinkage foo(void)
is better written
       asmlinkage int foo(void)
