[PATCH] ALSA: pcm: Export soc_dpcm_runtime_update

Some drivers may need to use this from loadable modules. Otherwise we
will get:

ERROR: "soc_dpcm_runtime_update" [sound/soc/codecs/snd-soc-cpcap.ko]
undefined!
