[PATCH] usb: gadget: pch_udc: add checks for dma mapping errors

There are no checks for dma mapping errors in pch_udc.
Tha patch adds the checks and error handling code.
Compile tested only.

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
