scripts/checkpatch: Concatenated strings should use spaces between elements

This patch creates a warning (CHECK)
"Concatenated strings should use spaces between elements"

There are no concatenated strings here.

(checkpatch is also used in the U-Boot project where wide strings
occur in the EFI implementation.)
