[PATCH] scsi: libiscsi: Convert timers to use timer_setup()
From: Kees Cook
Date: Wed Oct 18 2017 - 16:32:21 EST
In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.

This is a resend to tglx, with Reviews/Acks. Martin Petersen suggested
that scsi timer conversions should go via the timer tree.
