[PATCH net-next 0/6] net: dsa: simplify switchdev prepare phase

This patch series brings no functional changes.

It removes the unused switchdev_trans arguments from the dsa_switch_ops
for both MDB and VLAN operations, and provides function to prepare and
add these objects for a given bitmap of ports.
