[PATCH] ARM: iop13xx: Remove duplicated bit-wise or of PCI_STATUS_REC_TARGET_ABORT

Bit pattern PCI_STATUS_REC_TARGET_ABORT is being bit-wise or'd twice;
remove the redundant 2nd PCI_STATUS_REC_TARGET_ABORT
