 - Modify mach-npcm Kconfig to support all NPCM7XX family.
 - Modify mach-npcm Makefile.
 - Adding NPCM730 chip support.
 - Adding L2 Cache values to initialize the L2 Cache.

All changes tested on Nuvoton NPCM750 EVB.
