[PATCH 25/26] ida: Remove old API
From: Matthew Wilcox
Date: Thu Jun 21 2018 - 17:31:28 EST
Delete ida_pre_get(), ida_get_new(), ida_get_new_above() and ida_remove()
from the public API. Some of these functions still exist as internal
helpers, but they should not be called by consumers.
