Huh?
This is what I did:
+ case MSR_IA32_MC0_CTL ... MSR_IA32_MCx_MISC(KVM_MAX_MCE_BANKS) - 1:
It needs to be MISC because it is the last MSR in the MCA bank and thus
the highest.
