I see that this data structure is public (despite the _priv suffix). Why
is that so? It would make a lot more sense to make *really* private, and
move the accessors inside this file (I doubt the inlining is going to
have any visible effect performance wise...).

Why do you need to have this field if it is already contained in the
structure you're pointing to?

Again: why do you duplicate this information? priv has the device,
madera has it too, and priv point to madera...

At the end of the day, it looks like all you need in the priv structure
is a pointer to the struct regmap_irq_chip_data, and a pointer to the
struct madera. At which point you should ask yourself why the
regmap_irq_chip_data field is not part of struct madera, and why you
have a priv structure at all...

This looks like some pointless encapsulation.

I expect that all future revision of similar codecs will have the exact
same interrupt mapping, and that we won't have to duplicate this table
in the future, right?

Otherwise, should we consider placing the mapping in DT, or something
like that?

As I said above, I think this whole structure can go.

This doesn't perform any mapping, right? It only returns an existing
mapping. So something like madera_get_irq_mapping() would be more
appropriate.
