[PATCH] rtc: jz4740: Drop dependency on MACH_INGENIC

[Paul Cercueil]

Depending on MACH_INGENIC prevent us from creating a generic kernel that
works on more than one MIPS board. Instead, we just depend on MIPS being
set.
