[PATCH] ata: Disable AHCI ALPM feature for Ampere Computing eMAG SATA

[Suman Tripathi]

Due to hardware errata, Ampere Computing eMAG SATA can't support
AHCI ALPM feature. This patch disables the AHCI ALPM feature for
eMAG SATA.
