[PATCH v9 4/8] x86/boot: Add bios_get_rsdp_addr() to search RSDP in memory

[Chao Fan]

Imitate acpi_find_root_pointer() and acpi_tb_scan_memory_for_rsdp()
to search RSDP table pointer in memory. This function only works
when RSDP not found in EFI table.
