[PATCH 09/27] locking/lockdep: Inline __lockdep_init_map()

From: Bart Van Assche
Date: Wed Nov 28 2018 - 18:46:40 EST

Since the function __lockdep_init_map() only has one caller, inline it
into its caller. This patch does not change any functionality.
