The ->dnld_type vs ->dnld_mode is a bit confusing, I don't have a
better suggestion though.

I'm not an expert in dealing with HCI SKBs, as far as I can tell the
above looks sane to me and I confirmed that it fixes the timeout when
downloading firmware.
