[PATCH] x86/mm: Remove unused cpu variable

From: Shaokun Zhang
Date: Tue Jan 29 2019 - 02:37:47 EST

cpu variable is never used after commit <a2055abe9c67> ("x86/mm: Pass
flush_tlb_info to flush_tlb_others() etc"), so remove it.
