[PATCH] btrfs: zstd ensure reclaim timer is properly cleaned up

The timer function, zstd_reclaim_timer_fn(), reschedules itself under
certain conditions. Switch to del_timer_sync() to ensure that the timer
function hasn't rescheduled itself.
