[PATCH] genirq: call cancel_work_sync from irq_set_affinity_notifier

[Prasad Sodagudi]

When ever notification of IRQ affinity changes, call
cancel_work_sync from irq_set_affinity_notifier to cancel
all pending works to avoid work list corruption.
