[PATCH 1/3] media: vsp1: drm: Split vsp1_du_setup_lif()

Break vsp1_du_setup_lif() into components more suited to the DRM Atomic
API. The existing vsp1_du_setup_lif() API call is maintained as it is
still used from the DU.
