[PATCH NOTFORMERGE 1/5] mm: rename madvise_core to madvise_common

[Oleksandr Natalenko]

"core" usually means something very different within the kernel land,
thus lets just follow the way it is handled in mutexes, rw_semaphores
etc and name common things as "_common".
