[PATCH 02/12] Documentation/arm: repointer docs to Documentation/arch/arm

From: Alex Shi
Date: Thu Jul 11 2019 - 22:20:57 EST

Since we move 'arm/arm64' docs to Documentation/arch/{arm,arm64} dir,
redirect the doc pointer to them.
