Xtensa updates for v5.3:

- clean up PCI support code;
- add defconfig and DTS for the 'virt' board;
- abstract 'entry' and 'retw' uses in xtensa assembly in preparation for
  XEA3/NX pipeline support;
- random small cleanups.
