[PATCH 0/2] perf: Refactor perf and replace MAX_NR_CPUS

Although the macro MAX_NR_CPUS has been increased to 2048 it would be nice to
replace it with a dynamic value. The purpose of this patch series is to replace
MAX_NR_CPUS throughout perf wherever possible.
