It is getting really hard to review this patch as it is so large.
I would still suggest to split host/gadget/drd if possible.

I don't see above registers after buf_ctrl in
programming guide. Are they applicable for V1?

dma_axi_ctrl shows up at offset 0x2bc instead of 0x300.
