This will not warn about code like:

fs/ntfs/mft.c:  if (unlikely(IS_ERR(rl) || !rl->length || rl->lcn < 0)) {

that could probably be better written as:

		if (IS_ERR(rl) || unlikely(!rl->length || rl->lcn < 0)) {
