Masato Suzuki in my team tested this with tcmu-runner ZBC file handler.
It solves the memory reclaim recursion deadlock that we have been
observing when this patch is used together with the one I sent yesterday
to the SCSI list (target: core: Prevent memory reclaim recursion).
