The calculation result of this formula, due to the difference of the
chip, the temperature
will not be very accurate, with some deviations(May be a few degrees from actual
temperature). I'm not too keen to keep it exactly the same as the
original formula.
At this time rounding to 71, 70 may not cause the calculated
temperature difference too much.
