[PATCH] fs/select: Fix data races to pwq->triggered

From: Marco Elver
Date: Tue Dec 17 2019 - 15:59:36 EST

Fix data races to pwq->triggered by using READ_ONCE. These accesses are
expected to race per comment and already provided memory barriers
surrounding the accesses.
