[PATCH v2 19/27] compat_ioctl: move sys_compat_ioctl() to ioctl.c
From: Arnd Bergmann
Date: Tue Dec 17 2019 - 17:18:50 EST
The rest of the fs/compat_ioctl.c file is no longer useful now,
so move the actual syscall as planned.
