DWC2 driver maintainer? Someone in ST that knows this h/w? Otherwise,
you can put me if no one else.

I think it's a bit easier to read if the description is first.
Personally, I find the description a bit redundant and would just drop
it.

Pick whichever one gives fewer errors.
