It returns -EPROBE_DEFER when phy_tegra_usb isn't loaded.

So if you'll do:

# rmmod ci_hdrc_tegra; rmmod ci_hdrc; rmmod phy_tegra_usb;
# modprobe ci_hdrc_tegra
# lsmod
