This patchset renames following nineteen variables in exfat.h
Fix checkpatch warning: Avoid CamelCase

 -Correct misplaced quatation character in subject line(s).
 -Remove unnecessary '_'(underscore) character in renaming of identifier
  MilliSecond.
 -Drop commits renaming unused structure members.
