[RFC][PATCH 7/7] x86/nospec: Remove ANNOTATE_NOSPEC_ALTERNATIVE

[Peter Zijlstra]

Now that objtool is smart enough; remove ANNOTATE_NOSPEC_ALTERNATIVE
so that we might generate correct ORC unwind information.
