[PATCH 1/2] powerpc: Keep .rela* sections when CONFIG_RELOCATABLE is defined

        }

Since .rela* sections are needed when CONFIG_RELOCATABLE is defined,
don't discard .rela* sections if CONFIG_RELOCATABLE is defined.
