[PATCH 4/4] m68k: pass -D options to KBUILD_CPPFLAGS instead of KBUILD_{A,C}FLAGS

Precisely, -D is a preprocessor option.

KBUILD_CPPFLAGS is passed to for compiling .c and .S files too.
