Internally I have proposed at last this:

convert the following
if (dd->flags & QIB_HAS_INTX)
flags |= PCI_IRQ_LEGACY;

to
if (dd->flags & QIB_HAS_INTX)
flags = PCI_IRQ_ALL_TYPES;
if (dd->flags & QIB_HAS_INTX)
flags = PCI_IRQ_MSI_TYPES;
