[PATCH 16/24] init: add an init_chroot helper

From: Christoph Hellwig
Date: Tue Jul 21 2020 - 12:28:55 EST

Add a simple helper to chroot with a kernel space file name and switch
the early init code over to it. Remove the now unused ksys_chroot.
