construction Engineer,who was awarded a contract worth(18,7M,USD) for
road construction and the contract was fully executed.

My client has been paid (7M,USD) was to receive the balance payment of
(11.7M) but unfortunately died.I am contacting you seeking for your
cooperation to transfer the Balance payment. Kindly get back to me for
