[PATCH 2/3] ntfs3: Rename logging macros and uses

Rename the ntfs_warning and ntfs_error macros to the more common style of
ntfs_warn and ntfs_err. _inode_ variants too.
Miscellanea:
o Realign arguments
o Fix a typo
