[PATCH] crypto: ecrdsa - use subsys_initcall instead of module_init

[Tianjia Zhang]

All templates and generic algorithms have been registered in
subsys_initcall instead of module_init. The ecrdsa algorithm
happened to be missed. Here is a fix for it.
