[PATCH] checkpatch: add --fix option for INCLUDE_LINUX

[Dwaipayan Ray]

Provide fix option to INCLUDE_LINUX check to replace asm
includes.

Macros of type:
 #include <asm/percpu.h>

are corrected to:
 #include <linux/percpu.h>
