[PATCH] clk: zynqmp: enable COMMON_CLK_ZYNQMP for ARCH_ZYNQMP automatically

The Zynqmp Ultrascale clock controller generates clocks for peripherals,
so we need to enable it when ARCH_ZYNQMP is selected.
